The submission process is simple. Follow the steps on our submission page. We currently only accept sealed item.
Submit for gradingOur team reviews each submission, confirming authenticity. We grade the box and seal before the final step of encapsulation.
EncapsulationEach item is assessed at the end of its journey to ensure the quality is to our high standards. Your item is then securely boxed up and FedEx to your return address.
So you want to submit your favorite items? Here is what to expect:
Step 1
Go to the site and place your order.
Step 2
Safely package your items and ship to our headquarters at the following address:

Step 3
Your package is received under video surveillance.
Step 4
You will receive an update under your account that we have received your order and it is checked in. This typically occurs within 1 business day of receiving the package.
Step 5
Our authentication team documents the variants and the exact identification. If our experts cannot authenticate a tape, the client will be charged $15 for evaluation fee and refunded the difference in the tier they submitted.
Step 6
If any additional services were purchased, we clean, remove stickers etc.
Step 7
The grading team gives the product an official grade.
Step 8
The order then goes through encapsulation process.
Step 9
Quality Assurance goes over the item one last time to ensure your item is up to the RGC standard.
Step 10
A FedEx label is created and you will get a notification to your email your item has shipped.
Each item receives a box grading,
and a seal grading.
